Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quotation, and serve you if you become a client. We do not sell your information.

Your consent, given when you tick the agreement box, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries, as allowed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Who can see it
Only authorized R&TG staff who handle your inquiry or account. Access is limited by role and every change is logged.
How we protect it
Data is stored in secured cloud systems with encrypted connections and access controls.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. Client records are kept as long as required by our contracts and Philippine law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
